apps no longer update automatically

Since upgrading to iOS 9, my apps don't automatically update anymore. This issue happens on my iPhone, iPad and Mac. I can see that updates are available, but they don't download automatically. I have logged out of my iTunes account and then logged and back in, I turned automatic downloads off and then back on. I have also checked if there is an app stuck in "Downloads" there is nothing. Still no luck. When I click "Update All" the apps update fine. But prior to iOS 9 the apps updated automatically while I was on WiFi.

Any ideas?
